By ordering with FLO you agree to comply with the purchase, delivery and payment conditions.
Once an order has been placed, the customer will directly receive online confirmation on his screen at the end of checkout, as well as an email to confirm the details of the order and the total costs associated with the order. This confirmation does not imply that your order has been accepted by FLO. Your order will only be considered accepted and the sales contract will only be deemed to have been concluded as from the moment the products have been shipped to you. Also after dispatch of the products, we reserve the right to cancel your order . Ownership of merchandise will not be transferred until the associated obligations of purchaser have been fulfilled. At the point of transfer of ownership, which is at the point of delivery of the products, product liability is transferred to the purchaser.
We reserve the right to reject or to cancel any order for the following reasons. There was a technical or pricing error on the website www.flo-shoesforkids.be at the time the order was placed. The billing information given was incorrect or unverifiable. Our security system indicates that the order is abnormal or may be fraudulent.
In case we reject or cancel an order for any of the aforementioned reasons, we will – depening on the case – refund the price paid for the product and the paid delivery charges.
We strive to keep our website www.flo-shoesforkids.be as current as possible. However, the possibility remains that a certain product is no longer available, in which case we will contact the customer as soon as possible. We will give the customer information about alternative products with similar features, quality and price, reserving the customer the right to accept the replacement product. If the customer is not interested in the product offered by FLO, we will proceed to refund any amount which the customer has paid.
Once a customer's order has been placed and the customer has received an order confirmation email, he may not make any changes to the order. If he wishes to make changes to the placed order, or if there is any mistake made in registering customer contact or address details when placing the order, it is his responsibility to contact FLO immediately.
In case you postpone the delivery or the receipt of the products for an unreasonably long time after we have informed you that we have attempted to deliver the products to you, or in case you have provided with an incorrect delivery address as a result of which the products have been returned to us after the first attempt to make delivery, we will assume that you have exercised your right of withdrawal and we will refund the price paid for the products in accordance with our return policy and the relevant applicable legal provisions.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices of the FLO items are in Euro's and include value added tax. Shipping costs and custom duties are not included in the price.
Shipping charges are clearly stated separately. More information concerning the shipping costs can be found on the shipping page. International shipments outside the European Union could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches the delivery country. FLO cannot control or predict these charges, therefore it is our customer responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
The price and offer of an order are always those which apply at the moment of ordering. FLO retains the right to change and amend product pricing and information. If shortly after purchase a product appears to be reduced in price, no claim can be made for repayment of the price difference.
For settlement of online payments we cooperate with STRIPE and MOLLIE. We do not have access to the confidential details of payment of our customers.
Our payment method is secure. This security system guarantees confidentiality and holder authenticity and prevents unauthorized third parties from gaining access to your information.
Payment can only be made by authorized credit or debit cards. The authorized cards are mentioned on our website. You will need to provide the details of the card when you place your order.
We try to ship our orders within 1 to 4 working days after receipt of payment by the customer. In the case of technical malfunction, however, which falls under the category of circumstances beyond FLO control, an order will be shipped as soon as possible. FLO will keep the customer duly informed of the status of the order.
The shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. It should be considered as a non-binding estimate. FLO cannot be held responsible if the shipping company is unable to deliver the order to the customer on time.
In accordance with the law 'distance selling', a product must be delivered to the customer within 30 days of the order placement unless otherwise agreed. If this delivery period is not achievable, then FLO will make the customer aware of this in writing and the customer has the right to cancel without additional charges. In this event, any amounts already paid will be credited within 14 days after.
If the package is damaged when it arrives and/or any shortages in the products is delivered, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
We may only be held liable for damage in the event of deliberate act or gross negligence. We are not liable for any indirect damages whatsoever which may have been incurred by the buyer.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the deliverd products, please let us know. We think you should be totally satisfied with all your FLO products.
You have the opportunity to exchange or return you products within 14 days after delivery. As a customer you must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by FLO.
You should inform our customer service thereof by e-mail to inform us of your return stating your order number, the article which you wish to return as well as the reason too small, not as expected,…. Do not forget to specify whether you wish to return or exchange the item.
If FLO approves your request, it will provide you by e-mail with instructions for the return of the products.
Return the article but please ensure that the products are packaged appropriately. You are not obligated to use the original package.
We will in any case only approve requests for return if the product has not been worn or washed, or if the customer has not attempted to mend or alter the product in any way. Return products will only be accepted if they are sent in the original, undamaged box and if it concerns a complete product (for example, the two elements of a pair must be returned together). Exclusion is possible for products which are custom made/ordered for the client (such as completed or redeemed vouchers or coupons), items from our outlet corner, sales (more than 60% off) and products which cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
Furthermore, the shipping costs of the returned merchandise will be entirely paid for by the customer. Under no circumstances will FLO reimburse the shipping costs of returned merchandise. If the return instructions have been followed accurately, FLO will reimburse the customer for the returned products within 14 days after receiving. In case of an exchange we will send you the new article.
For exchange/return orders outside EU, please always mention return outside of the package and mark the return box on your customs declaration form. This to avoid import duties for FLO on the returned products. Return or exchange parcels without the return notice and with custom charges, will not be accepted and not be payed by FLO. All custom charges are for your own account.
For faulty products FLO will make a full refund to the customer, including the return shipping, as soon as possible upon receipt of the products and within 14 days, beginning with the date of receipt of the products. Products are faulty if they are received in the wrong style or size – as a result of a mistake made by FLO. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If a customer would like to exchange a faulty product instead of obtaining a refund, the customer needs to be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty products. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled a full refund, shipping and return included.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If the customer, for whatever reason, does not wish to retain the products, the customer can invoke the right of withdrawal and has the right to return the products to FLO within 14 days as from the day following on the delivery of the product. The customer must follow all return conditions and instructions stipulated by FLO.
The customer should inform us thereof by e-mail.
If our customer service approves your request, it will provide you by e-mail with instructions for the return of the products. Return the products but please ensure that the products are packaged appropriately. You are not obligated to use the original package.

FLO cannot assume any liability for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information on the website.
